Cancellation policy
 

Regular clean clients: 

If you need to cancel or change the day or time of your clean, please try gives us 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged 50% of the cost of your clean price unless there is a really good reason for cancelling i.e. you or someone is ill or you’ve had an emergency and we will give as much notice to if we are ill or have an emergency too. If you are going on holiday and will be away on one of your cleans, please let us know a week or two before and we can do your clean another week when your back. This will help us get another job booked in place of your clean. we will also give you plenty of notice too if we are going on holiday and will be away when it’s your clean day. All payments must be paid within 24 hours of us doing the clean as sometimes we have been having to wait 2 to 3 days for some people to pay.

 

For one off cleans/oven cleans we now take a £30 non-refundable deposit in case of any cancellation. We have to do this as we have had it a few times where people have cancelled on the day. If you need to change the day/date or time of your clean appointment with us that is fine but please, try give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can sort this out. All payments must be made before we leave your property or no longer than 24 hours of us leaving.
